I finally feel like I have found my community at Hustle and Flow! I have never been a huge fan of group classes until I started going to Hustle and Flow! I feel so comfortable and welcomed here and love the variety of classes that are offered at this studio. Very thankful to have found this studio!

My friend and I planned our friend's bachelorette soiree and took a sexy chair dance class with Stephanie. We had such a fun and amazing time! We wholeheartedly recommend. (you will also likely continue to practice the routine long after you left...)

A very old friend told me about a dance exercise class here this morning, and I registered online really easily and showed up and had a blast and worked out super hard, which is exactly what I needed. Steph taught the class and I believe she was the owner of hustle and flow. It’s a wonderful high ceiling room with big wooden floors and a nice group of people, moving together to great music to be healthy. I’m visiting from Southern California and I wish I could take this class there!

I've been a member of the Hustle and Flow fan club for eight years! The classes are super spirited and fun, and I feel so energized after each one. I'm immensely grateful to have these varied cardio and yoga offerings conveniently located in the West End of Portland, and don't know what I'd do without them! I never do reviews, but hustle and flow is one of my all-time favorite places. I don't live here, but I come to Portland couple times a year and I take as many classes as I can. It's an amazing workout. I love the community even though I don't live here, I feel like I belong. It's a very special place.

It’s hard to pick only a few superlatives to describe how wonderful it is to exercise/dance alongside the playful, fun-loving steps in Hustle and Flow studio. I’ve never smiled so much while sweating so hard. Joyful, inspiring instructors, body-positive vibes, great music, perfect way to exercise and find community. Love this place.

I'm in my second week at Hustle and Flow and I'm totally hooked. If you are looking for a space to get in shape while dancing to amazing music this is your studio. I have been going to Hustle and Flow for a year and a half and I'm so happy about it. I walk home after class with a smile on my face. Where it's held has great energy with big windows, hard wood floors and the music we dance too is always on point! The owner, Steph, who teaches many classes is a gem! She's genuinely nice, and clearly enjoys what she does and offers her clients. Classes are fun and other instructors are also excellent. It's a positive vibe all around! I'm 'older' and I appreciate the age range and that all are welcomed. Lastly, the extra pop ups such as Sound Healing are special and also fantastic.
