I have been trying to call them for two days because I think they kept my credit card, but nobody picks up the phone. Ever. I guess I'll have to cancel my credit card because there's no way to know if they have it. Car was dirty. Positive is that people were nice to me when I was there in person.

I reserved a car online and pickup was as quick and easy as possible when dealing with rental car places. My only complaint is there were at least 5 dead bugs in my car when I picked it up, including one where you put your hand to open the door.

Ali, the manager at this location, is a true professional. We had a mechanical issue with our car mid-vacation and he handled it with care and empathy. I very much appreciated his calm and professional demeanor in a stressful situation. Thank you.
