This charming and tastefully appointed seaweed shop, located in a beautiful historical building, is filled with quirky interesting books, as well as seaweed/coastal-themed accoutrements. The lovely bonhomous manager helped us pick out some unique seaweed tea, which I’m excited to try. Of course, we also purchased some of the Wild Atlantic Dulse. Can’t wait to begin our virtuous seaweed journey, and I hope to return soon.

Finally found the adult coloring book I’ve wanted forever (but didn’t know existed!), and some wonderful holiday gifts. Honestly just hanging out in this lovely little store was so much fun.

A fun little shop of all things seaweed themed, from dried kelp snacks, seaweed chips, to seaweed spices and tea. A bunch of natural beauty care products (bath bombs, sprays, soaps) as well as a great selection of coffee table books. Worth a short stop if you’ve got time to spend before a restaurant reservation (there was an hour walk-in wait for Eventide around the corner)

Seaweed yourself in all ways, shapes, and forms. They have a great selection of everything you never knew could be made from seaweed. Also a great book selection. Have a seaweed ball at this place. You'll feel pampered and delightful.

I wouldn’t have thought a seaweed store would be so cool, but I picked up some seaweed tea, bought a funny spork for lunches, and enjoyed browsing.

It's a hidden gem. A fairly small store but lots of items of intrigue and the mystery of seaweed is unveiled and it affects all of the senses their products address it from edibles to smellable to wearables and beyond I highly recommend to stop in the store.

I never knew how many items could be made with seaweed! I was excited to find some vegan dark chocolate along with some lovely smelling soaps and candles. Definitely a great place to check out for unique gifts/souvenirs!

Cute place to get some souvenirs for your friends and family! They have gifts for adults, babies, and even fur babies. I walked away with some cute shower aromatherapy scent bombs which i've never seen before, that made my giftees super super happy! The dog items were also cute, including like a seaman's rope leash thing. PROTIP: Some of the seaweed is actually cheaper around the corner at the Portland Co-op.

This is one of those specialty shops that I wish existed in more towns throughout the globe. The owners and staff are passionate about seaweed, Maine, and bringing environmental knowledge to its customers. They have everything from seaweed snacks, to books, to housewares, to thoughtful gifts. Definitely a place for unique items in the area. Worth a stop.
