I cannot speak highly enough of Lisa and her team at Grapheteria. I ordered a print with custom framing and planned to pick it up on a Friday for my wife’s birthday that Sunday. When I missed the pickup window, Lisa went out of her way to make sure I got the print on Saturday instead. Her customer service was above and beyond anything I could have expected and the workmanship was top notch. If I have any future printing or framing needs, I would not hesitate to bring them to Grapheteria!

Jim, Lisa, and Michelle are a fantastic team that are able to turn your ideas into artistic realities. Super knowledgeable and friendly - the quality of their work cannot be surpassed. I wouldn’t take my pieces to anyone else. Once you are a client of Grapheteria, you will always be. Such a wonderful place with the greatest service.

I am from out of town and needed an embroidery piece framed. I saw the other Yelp reviews and decided to give Grapheteria a try. Well, they could not have been more helpful, instructive and courteous! They said my piece would be ready in 2 weeks, and they were exactly right. When I saw it, I realized that they are very thorough and experts at what they do as the piece came out beautifully. My thanks to everyone for their help in getting my piece framed. It now hangs proudly in my dining room!

Exceptional quality. I put together an exhibition with prints from the Grapheteria. I found the service to be superb — very responsive, diligent people — and the actual print quality to be superb. I couldn't have asked for better looking prints!

I've been working with Lisa at Grapheteria for over 15 years now and am consistently impressed with the quality of the work and the care taken with each project. We use Grapheteria to produce high quality framed collages of photos that we share with our key business partners on real estate transactions. Each project has come out well and Lisa has been a great advisor of what looks good and can be done affordably. I enthusiastically endorse Grapheteria!

Jim and Lisa did a beautiful job framing a treasured item. From start to finish, suggesting frames and matting, color and material, the customer service and end result was the absolute best.

The end product was great, Jim does wonderful work, however the customer service from others in the office was terrible.
