The card reader read my card on the way in two card readers would not read the card to leave. We had to tailgate someone to get out. Don’t use this facility.

This is our go to garage for Old Port. It's right in the middle of it all. Makes walking around very easy but also as it's in the center and you'll pass it often, it's a great place to be able to drop your shopping bags and such. Parts are still under construction so there's a couple things to keep in mind. First, the new entrance is VERY tight. We drive a somewhat large SUV and since traffic was slow we were able to make a wide turn but with traffic on that road (which is typical) it'd be difficult. There were many scrapes along the sides of the entrance from others who calculated their entrance wrong. Second, they elevator is under construction so the stairs are the only way down at the moment. Lastly, the main entrance/exit was the only open one. The back one was closed, I assume because of the construction happening next to it.

This garage is a scam. The posted rates are not visible until you enter the garage (prices are very high, too) and no place to turn or reverse as the entrance is so narrow. We entered and 1 min later tried to leave and the lady at the customer service said she could not refund our money despite the issues stated above. She stated no manager on site to speak to us and to call back during business hours (it was Wednesday at noon) and offered to have manager call us. No call as yet received one week later.

Horrible setup and scalping prices. 55/day or 6.50/hour, but prices can’t be seen until you’re locked in and can’t reverse. The EV charger is right at a very specific exit that’s easy to miss, we missed it and had to exit. A full $6.50 charge for 3 minutes of driving. EV charging spits have no space to back into and the cords are not long enough to reach any car with a port not in the front. Chargers are more expensive than tesla super chargers at peak (0.40/kwh) and require an app. Idle fees are 15/ hour.Absolute scam. Avoid at all costs there is plenty of wharf parking

As many other reviewers have indicated, this should be your last choice for parking in the old port. The prices are very high. The prices are not clearly delineated on the sign. Does the day mean 24 hours? I went there to use the car charger and the bill for that was $45 so I spent about $100 for charging my car and parking for 12 hours. There is no attendant.

We were going to a restaurant close by. Parked here. Walking through garage to restaurant my friend fell over a poorly marked curb. She fractured her humorous. Upon leaving the exit lead us to a poorly lit area. There were gates to our left so I turned left only to be lodged on a 12 inch curb. Nearby residents say it happens happens all the time. Triple AAA got us out of the mess. Its a disgrace that there isnt better lighting and signage. My friend will be recovering for months. The policeman and local residents said it happens all the time.

I stayed at the Hyatt next door for one night, and parked in this garage that was closest to it. Thought it would just be the $55 for the daily rate. But if you leave and come back, they will charge you hourly on top of that rate. Even though I used the garage for only 14 hours total for the night. I may not be garage savy, as I live in the country, but this seems like a rip off to me. Wish I had used the hotel's $40 valet service that I didn't know as much about before deciding to park directly in the garage. Hotel apparently doesn't offer parking vouchers.

I got trapped inside. I use the same credit card that I entered with, but it would not let me out. I called customer service, and left a message but no one ever called me back.

Possibly the most unreasonable parking garage in the nation. BEWARE: EVEN DURING A SNOW BAN THEY WILL CHARGE YOU $55 FOR PARKING YOUR CAR OVERNIGHT! The first night of the snow ban was $8 and the second night of the snow ban was $55!!!! STAY AWAY. $55 TO PARK YOUR CAR!

Neither exit kiosk is working and we're all stuck in the garage. No phone number posted anywhere for help. Once I Google it they said someone is on their way. So our charges are going to go up too. You should have someone here that can fix these or be able to remotely fix. Nobody can get out
