I love shopping at Fleet Feet and have shopped at different locations in Maine, Vermont, and Virginia! The staff is helpful and there is never pressure to buy. I also appreciate that my children receive a student discount on their footwear. The loyalty program is nice, too, along with the generous return policy.

I had a really excellent experience here. I was directed to Amanda as soon as I walked into the store. She asked a few questions and had me stand on the fit id plates. She explained the results to me, as well as what that meant for what kind of show I should look for. She got 3 pairs of shoes to try, and one of them was an excellent fit. I was really surprised at how incredibly different the shoes felt from what I had been wearing (it was even the same brand, but a MUCH better fit for me). The pain I had been having from my shoes has already started to fade, after just a few days wearing them. Very happy to have found this store and grateful to Amanda for her expertise. A wonderful experience overall.

My son and daughter are in XC, Indoor track and Outdoor track so they always seem to need shoes! We have received nothing but amazing service at the Portland location. They are always willing to let them try on multiple styles and make sure they get the best shoe for their feet. The student discount and reward program is a great perk also.

Foot scanner was very cool, service was great. It was very busy when we went but we only had to wait maybe 10-15mins and got a coupon for a free pair of socks for the wait. Tried out my new running shoes today and they were comfy & fit great!

Went to Fleet feet looking for a pair of running shoes I could use mostly on trails. My sales associate walked me through the process of scanning my feet and then trying out several different shoes. It was clear that he knew what he was talking about. He went over each shoe and its characteristics. He helped me to choose a shoe that fit my needs perfectly.

I went in and asked for a foot scan, was treated with respect and only had to wait a few minutes. The employee gave me several options for running shoes according to my scan. I even tried out the ones I chose and absolutely love them.

I came here to buy running shoes. I do not use to run so I don't know my feet type. They offer me to scan my foot. I would recommend to ask for foot scan. It's quick and easy. The staff are friendly and professional. They would suggest the type of shoes based on the scanned results. That is really helpful like me who doesn't know the foot type. They have other sports wear besides running shoes. I didn't see a lot of brands though. I found ASCIS, NB, On, Hoka etc.

If I could post no stars I would! Customer service is completely lacking at the Portland , Maine store. I tried to order a pair of sneakers through the store which never came in. The store did an "investigation" with Fedex and 10 days later they still could not find my sneakers. Even though I had been told by one of their salespeople that they could reorder my sneakers and expedite my order, two days later they told me I would have to pay for another pair of sneakers and they would reorder them! I could then get a full refund when the missing pair shows up. Seriously?? This was all explained with a totally unconcerned attitude to me over the phone. I requested a full refund on the spot. What happened to decent customer service? It's definetely not at this store!

Joey was very knowledgeable and patient. He helped my son find the right pair. The overall experience was very positive. We have been to different Fleet Feet stores in other states and this one by far is the best in terms of customer service.

Excellent store to shop for all your athletic or streetwear kicks. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They know the product and answer your questions. They don’t rush you and the store is clean and roomy.
This is a place to learn new brands as they have a variety of choices of footwear.
I highly recommend getting fitted.

My old reliable running shoe model had been updated and altered over the years. I was starting to have some foot pain. It was time for new shoes, and also a proper evaluation and fitting. Fleet Feet has the technology to do this, a well trained staff and they will work with you to find a shoe that truly fits! It is a friendly place, staffed by people who loke this job! The location is convenient. The parking is good. When you can't afford to guess about shoes and waste time with online orders and return because you want a shoe that fits you, this is the place.
