I should have read the reviews before purchasing.I have spent six months working on an install job. The salesperson was horrible with communication and often took several days to respond to the smallest questions. Still, the tile is great and my contractor recommended them, so I continued. Many other tile guys were booked far out. After weeks of no communication and several inquiries, I wanted to demand an install date. The saleswoman stated that they would do the install in four days. That surprised me that it was that soon without notice but I didn't want to lose my spot. Due to their poor communication I had to hurry all my work. I got another date three days later but they didn't call and didn't show. I set up another date and they didn't call and didn't show.Now, I have thousands in my deposit and no date and no communication. I don't even get excuses. I get nothing with three full days of missed work.

As others have reported, this store has the most gorgeous tile and the broadest selection one can imagine. With that said, we won't be going back due to how rude the woman working in the store is. We had this experience a couple of years ago when tiling our hearth, but assumed it was a fluke. We went back today because we're starting a bathroom remodel, but the woman was just as rude as she was a couple of years ago. When we told her that we wanted to look around, she just stared at us for several seconds before apparently giving us permission. I'm disappointed to see that the owner knows that this is happening, but is not making any changes as a result of the reviews left on this site. With sadness for the loss of access to such beautiful tile, we'll take our business elsewhere. I can't imagine why anyone would want to go through life with such a sour attitude.

Truly disturbed by the customer service experience. Walked in 15 minutes before closing on a Saturday to start to take a look around. Staff person completely ignored us, walked away when we walked in and did not ask a single question. Totally dismissive and rude.

Products: five stars! Follow up (calling back: 0 stars) Still waiting for a call back (over a year later) from Larry regarding a broken tile his tradesman left for us. We went to install grab bars but one of the ends of grab bar is in the field of broke cracked tile, which the same tradesman grouted all the tile leaving the cracked tile in place , We called and left word with Larry several times, we had paid for the work but wanted said broken tile replaced. But no call back. He's a likable guy on the front side but follow up after the fact was non existent. They have exquisite products but "spotty-non-existent" follow through on work done. Buyer beware!
