One star is five too many. Trusted the employee here to professionally wrap and ship a bronze sculpture. We just opened the box: sculpture broken. Wrapped using pre-used, dirty bubble wrap held together with painter’s tape. A child would’ve done a better job. This FedEx employee cared nothing about what he was doing or the importance of the art piece to the customer. Just unbelievable. Way to go, Portland Genius.

Needed to have a package overnighted and was presented with the options...the representative noticed that, due to the time of day, 9 a.m. I was able to only pay ground prices yet my package arrived the next day!!!

Do not try to have your package held here for delivery. FedEx didn’t even try to drop off my package here, they just returned it to sender and now I have to have the sender ship it back to me again. Terrible.

One of the things I love about Fedex Office is having the ability to communicate and collaborate directly with store staff via email. When I have something that needs to be printed for example but I need some advice on what type of paper to use, I simply email the store. At this particular Brighton Ave location, it's not unusual for me to receive a response within 15 minutes!Not only is the email communication with reps from this Portland, ME store efficient and speedy, the staff are also polite and effective electronic communicators as well. If I list 4 questions, the staff actually answer all 4 questions vs. only 1, 2 or 3. I also really appreciate that they always sign an email with their first name so I know who I am speaking with. It makes the transaction more personalized and it gives me greater confidence in the whole sales experience. If a company teaches this practice, to me, it's indicative of a company that has confidence in it's services and it's staff. Whenever I am obligated to correspond with a nameless/anonymous staff member, the level of trust I have in that company nominally decreases. So, I am very happy that Fedex Office utilizes such a customer-friendly model of customer engagement. PLUS, in my experience, they get printing jobs done FAST. While my requests usually involve a low volume of copies, I am consistently notified that my order is ready for pickup within just an hour or two of placing the order. Thank you Brighton Ave team!

I sent in a printing order last week. Got email confirmation that it was ready to be picked up. I went twice over the last few days, within 'open' hours. The store was closed both times. When trying to call, I'm unable to leave a message. I paid $70 for this printing order, luckily I have a few weeks before needing it so I can take my business elsewhere.Corporate was useless too, saying that I'll get a refund in 3-5 days but refused to send an email confirmation of that.

A few days ago I had a wonderful experience, the employees were helpful, timely, and educated. Today unfortunately, was different. I just don’t understand how you can work at a “print & ship” facility and not know how to load card stock into the printer. The same man who didn’t know how to use the printer also did not tell me any prices or understand what “matte” means... he also did not have a name tag on.The employee named Taylor is very awesome and friendly and helpful! Thank you Taylor. Be like Taylor!

Horrible customer service. Refused to use business account discount. Had coupon code, guy refused to use it. This is Christmas time. Too many other locations and companies to ship with. Wont be back. That guy was AWFUL.

Honestly, this FedEx has been a God send for all my print needs! Their staff (specifically Taylor) has really gone above and beyond in making sure my prints are high quality, priced well and printed quickly. I never expected such a high level of customer service, but trust me, I will be ordering all my prints at this location!
