I walked in to have a couple copies of my resume printed. One of the staff was rudely helping me , which was fine, but another employee , some very tall man, was just there standing over me, staring at me, like a prison guard or something. I just left because I didn't feel safe with how rude and hostile the staff were. Be careful.

Can’t completely give all the poor reviews to Get Maine Lobster when it’s Fed Ex that messed up my perishable overnight delivery. Was to be delivered to me in Pennsylvania on the 13th. It’s the 14th and tracking says this Fed Ex in Portland sent it half way around the country and now finally at my local Fed Ex hub it was closed because it was late and got here on the weekend. So I won’t get it now until Monday. According to Get Maine Lobster Fed ex messed up hundreds of shipments of theirs and my wife’s birthday present dinner never arrived on time.

Your associate male who appeared to be middle eastern, about 5'8, has nasty BO and was combative , rude and condending with me. Ive never had to dowlnload anything to print and he treated me like a moron. Good help is hard to find for sure . Great hire guys .Not

We ordered an expensive piece of electronic equipment and told the shipper that we would be out of the country on the expected delivery date. The shipper required a signature for delivery. The shipper said that if we were not home, FedEx would hold the package until we could pick it up at the FedEx center in our area.We returned two days after the indicated delivery date. The box had been left outside the house the previous afternoon in an unprotected area. It had rained the night before and had continued into the next afternoon. When we returned home, the box was soaked through. I had to order a replacement device from the shipper. I called FedEx customer service. I spoke with a non-English speaker with a thick accent. He merely apologized for the inconvenience.WE have had misdeliveries with FedEx. Their service in Southern Maine is fecal.

They tried hard but couldn't deal with my situation. It was a newbie trying to help me and was trying hard but required help from supervisors. Super expensive too

Can you please explain why you think that it's perfectly fine to drive your vehicles into a literal public square? There are concrete poles, and installed poles to keep this from happening, but y'all literally drive up and onto the sidewalk in through the crosswalk areas to get into the square. Wtf is wrong with you? They were kids running around, there are people trying to walk through, including people with disabilities. I get that sucks having to do deliveries when you have to park far away and I understand that sucks but guess what Portland just has bad parking and instead of putting everyone else's safety at risk so that you don't have to inconvenience yourself it's a pretty messed up move.

Shout out to Seth who made it super easy for me to ship an important package internationally, despite some confusing customs rules. I was so worried this process would be stressful, but the customer service I received was great and made the whole thing very painless! Thank you!

Customer service wise, I have had nothing but good experiences here. The staff have been so helpful. One guy in particular helped me print a large pattern. I had never done it before and he seriously went above and beyond to help me not only print it but understand what to do going forward.
