i had the pleasure of having Mendez (sp) wait on me. I had the most stressful runaround all day until i met Mendez. Labels weren't printing emails not sending he was so patient and knowledgeable. He made sure my package was able to ship. He made my day end on such a positive note. I even gave him a hug. He is a keeper

FedEx is horrible!!! I watched tracking info as my package sat for 3 days in a Connecticut distribution center. It finally showed Scarborough, ME, and then sat for 5 days. Good luck speaking with a live agent! I called and finally reached someone after pressing "zero" twenty times, Only to be told that the package was transferred to USPS, and to call them with my FedEx tracking number. Same story at USPS when trying to reach a live person. When I did connect, was told that USPS received the information about package, but had not received the package. Called FedEx back and told them this, and their response was that I need to contact shipper. Shipper had done their part in a timely manner; created shipping label and dropping off package to FedEx. FedEx agent hung up on me!
Called shipper, who alerted me that package appears lost in FedEx's system/transport. Folks, there's a reason why UPS has the contract with Amazon. I don't want to see any working individual lose their job, but I hope to see FedEx file Chapter 11 soon. Horrible way to conduct business.

The lady that was working was extremely rude. Acted like she didn't want to be there and had the attitude that everyone and everything was a bother. Had no interest in being friendly at all. I couldn't wait to get out of there.

I had two packages that the FedEx app showed had arrived at this facility, but it was really unclear whether or not they were ready for pickup. FedEx’s phone line was of absolutely no help, but the person working the desk here took my tracking numbers and went back to look for the packages himself. It took a few minutes, but he found them. I’m guessing he didn’t HAVE to do that, and that someone else would have just told me to go home and wait for a text, but… he went the extra mile and I really appreciate it. Thank you!

Horrible customer service. No actual updates. Package late. First was supposed to be here by noon. Then 5p. It’s after 5 pm. Package contains biological matter that needed to arrive asap hence why we pay a stupid amount of money or PRIORITY OVERNIGHT

Extremely rude people work at Fedex. That's it, that's the review. If you want to deal with venom and sarcasm, give them your business.
