I don't ship/receive freight too often but the several times I've shipping/received freight at this location has been smooth and easy. No surprises. I'll continue to use them as my LTL option.

One of the worst places to work. You are expected to work in insane conditions with an unreal amount of pressure to do everything perfectly. This company and it's management does not care about you because you're just a number that can be replaced. Harassment and abuse from higher ups is ok with them and if you don't do everything exactly perfectly then you're written up or screamed at in an unprofessional way. Freight is also constantly lost or damaged, and management encourages damaged boxes to be hidden being good boxes so they are not seen by the customer. Avoid at all costs.

Wow! I will never ever have fed ex handle a delivery. Package wad scheduled for last friday... Then today... And now tomorrow. FedEx is the worst and forget about customer service. What a joke! Never had issues like this with UPS.

Tom Pickle is the manager and a terrible one at that. Avoid moving your freight with this company. It will be destroyed before it hits the next hub.

They were very friendly and explained everything well. I've never picked up freight before and they were very good with their instructions. It was easy and the office seemed like the people inside got along.

Terrible place to work. Your just a number for them. The working conditions are not safe or healthy and management only cares about themselves and their numbers. You are expendable. As they say. "We pay you good so we don't have to treat you good"
