We stayed here on our last night, we wanted an easy drive to the airport because of an early flight. This hotel was great for airport access and the room was huge! It was a little apartment quite comfortable and beautiful views to watch the planes take off and land. It wasn't too noisy either. They had a pretty good restaurant lounge lobby area that was quite enjoyable. I'd stay here again.

A big shoutout to Rosemarie, at the front desk. She was so professional and friendly as she checked us out! The room was a nice size and enjoyed the extra space being in a suite. The happy hour snacks were fun and the breakfast was good too. Having Joe, the chef, making omelettes made to order, elevated the breakfast choices. A nice property to stay in, especially if you want to be close to the airport. The Hilton brand did not disappoint!

When we were traveling through, we booked this hotel for one night.
We have never been so positively surprised.
When we checked in, we received an incredibly friendly welcome from Adam. To our surprise, a happy hour with 2 free drinks and snacks was offered between 5pm and 7pm.
The room was large and very clean, the bed was first class.
In the morning the next surprise awaited us, BREAKFAST!!
We enjoyed the best breakfast in the USA with freshly prepared egg dishes, what a dream.
The entire staff was very friendly.
If possible, we would like to come back and can only recommend it.

I don’t write reviews for hotels, but this one deserves some love. Location is right next to PWM, 3 minutes drive or 5 minutes walk. Yes, you can walk to it from the terminal. They do have a free shuttle. Breakfast is unbelievable, anything you want. Omelette cook to order or eggs anyway like sunny side up. Fresh fruits & soda drinks, beside juices & coffee. Evening snacks & free beer/wine is a nice touch. The workout gym & indoor pool is unbelievable. The rooms are so nice as well. I would even come back to Portland just to stay at this Embassy. Very nice front desk & service personnel. First class definitely.

Very hip hotel. We really enjoyed the afternoon reception! Very comfortable and quiet. Would definitely stay here again. Fantastic breakfast!

Nice quiet hotel despite the proximity to the jetport. Rooms are clean and updated. Breakfast had a wide selection, including a fresh omelet station. Would highly recommend this property if you're in the area. Also very easy access from the highway.
Rooms: Clean and updated. Shower was great.
Safety: Well lit exterior. Felt safe on property.

Whenever I think of vacation or just a quick getaway, I ALWAYS think of the Embassy Suites in Portland, Maine. I am partial to this location because the owners take great pride in their property, and it shows! It passed my white glove test...HONESTLY, THIS HOTEL PASSED MY EXPECTATIONS... I WAS WOWED! They pay attention to the details, Everything is clean crisp its almost like they are running their own Downton Abbey! I have visited several times over the years, and each time, I was impressed. I have noticed how they keep the same staff, this is key- Its like family away from family! Upon arrival in the main area, there is an ABSOLUTELY gorgeous fireplace, which is an excellent conversation starter. During the evening there is a Reception time for guest to gather, meet, and socialize over sandwiches, snacks and free drinks while enjoying a game of cards, chess or just curled up in one of the oversized chairs enjoying the sounds of laughter and the crackling sound of the fireplace! Their cuisine is very appealing and delicious! To the owners, the management,
environmental (housekeeping), carpentry and renovations, culinary, and many more departments that keep The Embassy Suites 'THE EMBASSY SUITES'....WELL DONE!

Clean room. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Proximity to airport was great. Not super close yo anything else, but we made it work.

The hotel is nice, friendly staff, clean… $9 for a Celsius (non alcoholic caffeinated beverage). Greed is minus 2 stars immediately. Just flat out wrong.

Great place to stay. The staff was awesome. Dinning was great. Breakfast and dinner were outstanding. Rooms were clean and the the AC was ice cold ❄️ I thought I was at home. The only thing is the need for one more elevator. Very busy and still very quiet. Plus, it seems pet friendly.

The lobby appears outdated and somewhat dirty, but fortunately, the room was clean and well-maintained, including the bathroom. The breakfast was good, slightly above average. There is ample parking available.

Our stay at the Embassy Suites by Hilton in Portland, Maine, was exceptional! From the moment we checked in, the staff was warm and welcoming. The suite was spacious, clean, and perfect for our family. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options to suit everyone’s taste. Miguel, our 11-year-old, particularly enjoyed the pool and the evening reception with snacks and drinks. The location is convenient, close to the airport and downtown Portland. We highly recommend this hotel for families looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!
