Awesome unique shop with something for everyone! Women’s and men’s clothes. Various home goods and accessories. Best of all dog friendly! The workers were all so sweet and helpful. Got some awesome BYGO half off deals too. Super cute shop and totally recommend.

Lovely, friendly staff! They even gave us recommendations on things to do in Portland and Bar Harbor as we mentioned we were visiting the area.Also lots of interesting products and variety. We got a few gifts for ourselves and friends.

This store is so much fun! We were greeted by a very friendly woman named Taylor, who showed me around and answered all my questions. She showed me some really cool things too! They have a large selection of gem stones and jewelry. I found everything I needed and even some things I didn't. :) A young woman named Haley helped me with some Hematite rings. She picked out the perfect size for me. Everyone there is so friendly. I really enjoyed spending time in this store.

I recently bought a beanie and a scarf, the worker said that it came from 3rd work countries and that they were paid a fair wage. It was made in China and was a generic beanie I found online through google reverse search for significantly less than what bought it here. On the note of prices, everything is expensive and overpriced, I found all the interesting trinkets online for SIGNIFICANTLY less. I implore you, don't buy from this store, it isn't worth it.

Earthbound is always overpriced for what you get but they have such cute pieces. The atmosphere is always great and the workers are always friendly.

Love the shop and their items as we went on a full-blown shopping spree. But their service, eh, not so much.There were two employees who were working at the time, the employee that was in the front immediately greeted us and jumped to help us. Whereas when we were ready to check-out, the employee at the check-out seemed very miserable. I say this because the difference was evident. No smiles or interactions, just plain ?face. From the moment we approached the employee, they looked at us up and down (literally felt like I was in a movie), and proceeded onto saying “I’m here” while making a look that is unforgettable. Didn’t attempt to take our stuff from one end to their end, just proceeded onto giving their focus on STICKERS. You see, as a fellow New Yorker, that would’ve been a problem from the moment we approached the check-out and we’re being looked at as if we’re aliens. Disregarded the behavior because: 1) I’m on vacation, 2) I really wanted to buy the bags, 3) I was not ready to get into an argument with someone who clearly is miserable especially if they have a right to carry guns. As a person of color, you have to be considerate of that no matter where you go.Earthbound however, you definitely need to look into that. I know you’re LGBTQ+ friendly, believe me, with all of your posters- everyone understands. But so are we, and you can definitely hire someone else who will provide some joy in selling your handmade products which are mostly from INDIA. I was so excited to buy products which is so close to the motherland and you have employees over here making the experience weird. Hence why I gave it a 3 star as it is about the shopping experience.The products were great, the bags are to die for and the quality of their crystals are amazing. But, the one employee really made this experience weird and less exciting. We probably would’ve purchased more items if it wasn’t for the behavior and weird vibe.

Fun store to browse around. Their glasses cracked me up. Fun place to shop for gifts. They had some particularly cool and beautiful leather journals. Kind of earthy/new-agey though.

This store was in a huge mall and i have children and one of them has autism and has a flight response. so my older teenage kids know how to keep her busy and behaved so I can shop. They bring playing cards and they play a game. They go in a spot where there is no merchandise, no displays and no people so they are out of the way. They werent bothering anyone. multiple people even smiled at them. They were told by the women working there that they need to wait out in the hall because they are a liability. My oldest kids explained they have parents shopping in here. they still told them no. And sure enough as soon as they had to put the cards away. my autistic 9 year old took off. what will be a liabilty to that store is me suing about the time my kid gets kidnapped because they weren't allowed to wait inside. i could understand if they were bothering people or in the way or causing trouble, but they werent and they they were being quiet. but apparently that is frowned upon and would rather have them out in the hall where they could've gotten kidnapped. Never going to shop there again. if you read these reviews, youll see other parents having issues that dealt with their kids. ridiculous!

My package was lost by FedEx and the company was kind enough to file a claim and is shipping the package in time for Christmas because it’s 70% of my kids Christmas. Such wonderful products and kind company
