Went in to buy a bracelet and before I could even get in the door I was being yelled at by the owner of the store for where my car was parked. Maybe he thought I wasn’t going in and using their spots. Very unprofessional and childish. However never going again very rude and have also heard many other complaints about this man in the past.

Very nice and accommodating.. I brought in a bunch of jewelry that was in need of various clasps and extenders most of which was fixed as I waited.. I also bought my current pair of favorite earrings there

I brought in my great aunt's ring to see if Cheryl could reset it to something a bit more my taste and the product is beyond anything I could have imagined. The ring is beautifully unique and still has the flare of my great aunt's personality. This was my first time resetting a piece of jewelry and Cheryl, as well as the employee, were extremely patient, kind, and helpful as we brainstormed through the process. Designs By CC will now be my go-to for anything jewelry related. Thank you Cheryl! I smile every time I wear the ring.

A really fun place to browse with so many creative surprises. I picked up a large crystal point for good luck and my friend found the perfect antique engagement ring. I will have to come back for a beautifully-crafted silver collar of spider webs with two tiny gold spiders on it, and some fossils for a family member who collects. Lovely service and just a wonderful spot to visit.

Cheryl did a fantastic job rebuilding a very old bracelet of mine. 24 hinge posts in all. Drilled and re-pinned each one. She even took the time to rebuild the latch. She is clearly a jeweler with all the expertise needed to tackle even the most complex and delicate repairs. I couldn't have asked for any more.

Brought my sister’s bracelet to be fixed after she was in a motorcycle accident and it had to be cut off. Cheryl did an amazing job!

I found Cheryl while looking for someone who would be willing to at least attempt to solder my busted prescription glasses frame back together. One arm had broken where the hinge attaches to the arm. It was a precision piece of very fine work that needed a strong mechanical outcome. Out of a number of queries, Cheryl was first to respond. I brought the frames in and Cheryl agreed to have a go with it. Happily, she got it done and done beautifully. She is obviously a highly skilled craftswoman and artist. While in her shop it was unavoidable to see her current work on display. Being every watchful for jewelry for my sweetheart, I poured over the displays and found a ring like one that she had decades ago that had been lost. Turns out that Cheryl had a mold for that ring and agreed to cast a new ring for me to my specifications that I am now eagerly waiting to see. Cheryl and her work are a real find, well, she wasn't lost, I'm just late to the party ;)
