With regard to everything except prescription drugs, this store is incredible. The main floor is clean, bright, well-maintained, and staffed with the most helpful people I have ever encountered. They always go out of their way to help me find things as well as check out. They help me navigate, the miles of coupons CVS gives out to my advantage each and every time and then there is the prescription counter . Undoubtedly the worst one I have ever encountered. The people, meanwhile, but I just simply overwhelmed, undertrained or something.. I have seen indications that they are trying to improve. I would never go there if I didn’t have to. We’ll see how it turns out.

Hands down the worst pharmacy experience you can imagine. The pharmacist is passive aggressive, condescending, and should reconsider working in the medical profession.

I am out of an important prescription. I waited 40 minutes on hold to speak to an actual person. They told me it's out of stock and they have no idea when they will receive it. I tried to work with the person who answered the phone to figure out a solution and she hung up on me. Unbelievable.

Nice CVS location with friendly staff. Had to stop by for my girlfriend to visit the minute clinic. Everything we needed was readily available.

Don't come here expecting speedy service at the pharmacy. These people look exhausted and clearly don't care any more than they have to. I came in to get free Covid tests, and they told me I have to wait 20 minutes to get 4 test boxes handed to me. This was after waiting in line for ten minutes. Go to Osco for much better service. The only reason I'm here is that Osco is closed for lunch.

I have been a customer for many years. They used to be patient, kind, and very helpful. Unfortunately now they are just the opposite. Especially the pharmacist. I take many medications, and feel it's important to fill them at the same place. I have been hung up on, given attitude, and been made to feel as if I'm a bother. I pay a lot of money for medications, and have over thirty years in Healthcare. I'm far from stupid, and don't appreciate being treated as though I am. If they don't like their job, they should do something else, not take it out on customers. Maybe if CVS paid their employees a living wage they could keep help! So disapointed in CVS. Probably going to change to a different pharmacy. I would not recommend them anymore. Very sad.
