This CVS location is generally described as a fine, large, and well-maintained store. Customers find it clean, bright, and incredible for general shopping needs, with products that are readily available. The main floor staff receives consistent praise for being friendly, extremely helpful, cooperative, and going out of their way to assist customers, including with navigating coupons and checking out. However, experiences with the pharmacy are mixed. While some note that ordering prescriptions is comparatively easy using the computer or automated phone system, there are significant criticisms. The prescription counter is described by some as the worst encountered, with staff appearing overwhelmed or undertrained. Issues include long phone wait times, prescriptions taking days to complete, and difficulty reaching anyone for a status update. Customers note the pharmacy staff is extremely busy and handles medications well but does not handle people very well. There are also mentions that the phone system and automated notices are not always accurate or up-to-date, which contributes to the problems. Some customers express hesitation about visiting the pharmacy but indicate they have seen indications of attempts to improve.
You should update your hours on Google. Says you’re open at 7am but I just went at 7:55 and it’s closed.

Hands down the worst pharmacy experience you can imagine. The pharmacist is passive aggressive, condescending, and should reconsider working in the medical profession.

I am out of an important prescription. I waited 40 minutes on hold to speak to an actual person. They told me it's out of stock and they have no idea when they will receive it. I tried to work with the person who answered the phone to figure out a solution and she hung up on me. Unbelievable.
