2023 update - Ray has been reassigned to another county job. They took away the major reason to use this garage. Poor management decision. Prices have increased to the highest rate in Portland. There is a very confusing list of different parking options that don't apply to summer people. I'm so disgusted with the changes I will never park here again. Portland mismanagement at its worst.

This garage is worth 10 stars. First of all, short walk to Casco Bay Lines and Old Port. The garage has cameras everywhere and the first level is for police. Good monthly rate and unless you arrive mid day you can usually park in covered area. But the extra stars go to the garage manager, Ray. Ray knows everyone in Portland and is a wealth of info for visitors. Add in his sense of humor and sincere wish to help and you have the best of the best. Only place to park.Update August 2023. Unfortunately Ray is no longer at the parking garage. It’s still an OK place to park but has gotten expensive and definitely lost all charm since Ray left.

Great, safe location (police park there) and the attendant was nice and super helpful. You really shouldn't think twice about parking here.

Ray is the best. Fantastic human being. The parking garage is good too.

Parking can be expensive in Portland. Not T Cumberland. Great area. Great service. Great price.

Ray is the best! Convenient, friendly, accommodating parking, what more could you ask? Thanks Ray for a great parking experience. Now if you could shorten the distance between Iowa and Portland, we would appreciate it!

I parked here during the last snow ban which was scheduled for two nights however it was reduced to one night as a yellow ban was called on Tuesday night to replace the city wide parking ban originally called.I parked at exactly 4pm on Monday afternoon and collected my car on Wednesday morning at 8:02am. When I drove to the exit gate, no one was on duty and the machine charged me $48.50. The Garage's advertised Snow Ban rates are 10 dollars a day. Since no attendant was on duty I could not explain or dispute the charges. Additionally, the machine gave me no receipt and took my original ticket after I begrudgingly made my payment. Now I am left with nothing to make a case for incorrect rates and for being overcharged. I would not recommend parking here.
