The jewelry is beautiful, I love rocks&crystals so much and I’d get so excited in there, but every piece I’ve purchased has broken or fallen apart -three rings&two bracelets :(Then I try to fix them but somehow i end up making them worse so i place half of the loose parts in random drawers and just hold onto them for several years. 3 stars.

Such a tranquil shop to be found in downtown Portland. The Mrs. said she had a feeling that she'd find a new crystal while we're here, and this is the place we found it. The specimens are amazing, the variety extensive, and the environment is very welcoming. Everything about this place was great, and the prices are incredibly reasonable. Highly recommend if you're looking for crystals for yourself or as a gift for another.

Very nice store. A lot of interesting items. I was very disappointed coming in from out of state to find out the prices are outrageous. I was looking forward to this shop only to be so sad after. I won’t be coming here again and it’s a shame such a nice store with terrible prices.

The older woman who worked here on Saturday 4/22 was very very high and the store reeked of weed and incense. I have nothing against pot but it was so sickly strong smelling that we had to leave, immediate headache. It seemed like she was smoking in the store.

Shopping along Middle Street, I came to Crystal Joys and went in to see what the store had.
Inside, I found lots of Boho-style costume jewelry, some witchy stuff, some home décor, and even a few fossils.
The shop carried about dozens and dozens gem stones ~ from common stones like onyx, agate, aquamarine, bloodstone, citrine, and amethyst to the lesser-known like labradorite, hematite, iolite, and many more.
There was also some birthstone jewelry.
While browsing, I also saw candles, stone bookends, a paperweight, a coaster set, and many more things.
I enjoyed browsing in Crystal Joys. I rate it at 4.0 and can recommend a visit.
The reason for the delay in submitting this review was due to a months-long loss of my ability to post photos with my reviews.

This place is such a gem! And filled with lots too ;) and a lovely gem of a lady named Carrie was great, she was very friendly and I enjoyed chatting with her about the crystals, rocks, and JEWELRY. Got this bad boy labradorite ring that I have already received many compliments on since purchasing yesterday. Thank you Carrie! You're a cool cat!
