I have only rated them with a one-star review because there's nothing lower. My son had an accident with our car I had to provide the crash reports. I had to chase down the insured. They will not fight for you. Better off doing business elsewhere. They are more than happy taking your payment but could care less about getting your claim processed! STAY AWAY!

Dana Brewer was most helpful when our insurance was wrongfully cancelled. She went the extra mile tracking down the problem and was faithful at getting back several times. Frankly, I was disappointed that MMG took the low road, but Dana resolved the issue before we were actually cancelled.

The level of attention is excellent and you can reach out to them any time with questions. It feels uniquely personal to speak to a local agent. It’s not often I feel compelled to recommend an insurance company, but here I am. If anything, the service from such companies is generally fine, behind the scenes and barely noticeable.Recently, we had discovered very specific needs which required a lot of back-and-forth with our current agent, Clark Insurance. Brandi Beaumont was our direct contact and she went above and beyond, working with us for several weeks to get our policies to the specific level we required and shopping for extended quotes. I would wholeheartedly recommend working with Brandi and Clark.

Clark Insurance served my parents needs over their life time and when they both passed away, Clark, specifically Adele Nichols, was there to assist our family in reorganizing and making sure our insurance needs were covered. The process was involved and needed attention to details. Trusts, two siblings, and multiple properties and assets were involved and Adele handled things in a timely and very professional manner. She was always there to answer questions and assist, even when for some of the assets it was decided that another company could provide a lower premium (I had been with the other company for years so it enabled me to get a lower premium).Adele and Clark Insurance is trustworthy, there when you need them, and on top of the details.Hugh TillmanUSMC (Retired)
