It’s fine. It’s a gas station. Y’all cray. There’s few this close to city center.

Just be careful around this location. Due to it being close to the post office, park and city bus stop this store has always attracted a unruly crowd.

This is one of the worst places in Portland. A real blemish on an otherwise great city. The way they treat customers, yelling at you with explicit language when talking to them to straight up hanging up on you when on the phone, shows this place and it's owners do not care about the rude behavior of every employee, even the managers. Ive already filed an official complaint with Citgo and am waiting to hear back from an representative on how they treat people here. Do not go here for gas or otherwise. They're just bad people in this store that give this area a bad name?

Today I was compelled to do a review for the Big Apple Store located on Park Avenue in Portland Maine. I went to the store today to get a cup of coffee and there were no limits. I asked the store clerk about the list and he rudely said that I should open up my eyes and look again. I went back and looks again and just as I suspected there were no Lids as I told him. I then said you think I can have a small discount because you're selling me coffee with no lid? He said absolutely not I don't care if you have a lid or not. I then left the store after telling the clerk he can keep his coffee and decided to do my business elsewhere we're people were not so rude. They not only lost a coffee sale but they lost a $30 gasoline sale and I will never be back at that store again in my life. I have been going to that store for over 20 years and I will never go back again

It's not the worst gas station but its nickname is MurderMart and I've been going there for years now and no one has killed me yet. 3 stars and a sad face.

Rude. No bathrooms. This place really sucked. Would not recommend unless your gas gauge is at zero like ours was.

Awful to try to get in or out to get gas. Only stopped by here to put some in because I was in need of fuel. Prices are usually pretty high as well.

Lost a customer. Would have filled our gas tank if they had not denied restroom access to my toddler. I can understand keeping a restroom locked or reserving for customers only but a flat out no to a small desperate child? I'll take my business elsewhere.

AKA Murder Mart.. That should probably say it all. One star for being open 24 hours. And one for staff. Would a been 2 for staff but fave staffer is being transferred to Washington location.

No receipt at the pump, display says see clerk. One star for the fact the pumped worked, but you have to be a wizard with the cc card as the directions are worn away or obliterated. Its obvious the owners don't care here, and not to mention employees smoking cigs within 20 feet of the pumps. Disaster in the future, guess the only fumes they know of, are perfumes.

The employees here literally pick fights with customers. It's the most unprofessional service I've ever witnessed. Needless to say I'll never spend a dime here again.

Extremely dirty store and staff are confrontational and rude to at least one customer each time I've come.

The big apple store in Portland Maine at 2 park St took a BITE out of there customer on Sunday morning at 930 am. They towed me within 35 to 45 minutes of parking (in an unmarked parking spot that I have time stamped pictures of) $150.00 lost 2 hours of work $25 an hour to get my vehicle back (I didn't want to get Gas there anymore) 4 days later still losing sleep over it. I called the district manager 2 days ago still heard nothing (she knew nothing about it) hoping that posting on Facebook will get to someone that can fix this. What bothers me the most is that I'm a reward member have been for a few years but I've been a customer to the big apple in gray for 20 years I but all my gas (average person is I believe $2,238.00 in gas per year ) I but chips, candy, alcohol (we all know how much that cost) and waters, oh and redbull. In the past 5 months I have 15,300 points ( I'm a pretty good customer) unfortunately I am going to have to boycott them until I feel resolution. If no resolution I want to hear from all other stations on what you have to offer. Mobil, bp, exxon, Cumberland farms. I have a lot to offer. Please share this post so it can get to someone that can do something about it. ( P.S. In my opinion)
