I want to go ahead and commend both CJ and Julie today on going above and beyond to do such a simple act of kindness, but something that brought tears to my eyes. Something that you rarely see nowadays. People are so quick to complain, and then tell five other people how terrible their experience was but how often do you see someone to recognize a member experience they had? These two are the dream team. Smiles, positivity, and good energy fill the store As soon as you walk in. CJ was a saint and extremely patient with my fiancé and night as we went through almost all the torches. Very educated and knowledgeable and so kind. Long story short, I was $1.06 short, which I had in my car on this cold day. It was parked way down the street so it felt.. I was about a dollar short from my total. Julie heard me from the back and said to me without any hesitation that she would cover the dollar and six cents, I’ve never come across such extraordinary customer service. These situations may be small to some, But can change a persons entire week. Now I’ll make sure to go ahead and pay it forward, because you never know what someone is going through. Or how such a small gesture can affect someone’s day. I will forever remember this experience today and make sure that cigarette shopper on Congress Street is my one stop shopping for all my smoking needs

I can't say anything wrong about this awesome store!! Cheap cigarettes, smoking apparatus, incense, etc... The staff are always very friendly, and they do a really good job with carding people that come in for nicotine and tobacco products!!

Very good store to go to for any kind of tobacco smoking products . I've gone to the store for over 7 years and their customer service with their customers I'm very good at helping you find anything you need for anything that you looking for that they don't have they will order it their prices are very good cheap and easy and they have just about every product of tobacco you can think of and they also have other things but that's something different

Well I walked over there by accident to the whole foods in Portland Maine. I saw it on the horizon and just went for it. Think I bought $50+ worth of stuff. Reminder to check my bank account. The store was very crowded can't even remember the day couple of days ago. The staff was excellent I hit all the major departments because I did not intend on going to what I think of as a grocery store but this is the end more as many of you may know. My daughter visits me in Portland Maine and has always mentioned she wants to go. Being close-minded I tell her I would rather do something else than go shopping with her unless it was to buy her what I considered necessities. Next time if she has the time I will bring her and I hope to have prime by then Amazon prime. I did get spoken to once because I had to use my fingers to open the produce bags this was after having had a wonderful experience asking about a couple of the items they were out of much of the lettuce the gala apples was my choice in that department. Seafood department was ready willing and able to help me I was walking and did not buy from that department and shrimp was not on sale my go-to shrimp on the barbie shrimp cocktail shrimp and grits and mostly surf and turf with any seafood crab lobster salmon. Etc.. check out was also top notch like the girl that helped me in produce even helped me after I had passed through the line although he was very busy and I understood I have more time than most people. and that's why I give them five stars for this visit.
