Withdrawing my money immediately, they shut down their ATMs for any transactions even withdrawing on holidays, I tried to use the ATM the FRIDAY before Presidents’ Day and it’s already shut down. Worst ever

As far as I can tell this is a criminal organization. They applied months of additional principal payments to "interest," a concept that doesn't even make sense. They refuse to reverse it and are ignoring my emails and calls. Stay away!!

4 overdraft charges in 2 days? That is $140 in overdraft fees because I cannot physically drive to the bank that is over an hour away from me with Covid-19. These people are actual crooks. I'm out of work for 2 WEEKS because of covid-19 too. I will definitely be closing up my account here after paying the $140 in overdraft charges and head to a credit union. I have been with this bank for 9 years and they have never done ANYTHING good for me. This has been a long time coming. This is the last straw.

as a new resident of Greenville, I was able to open an account at the drive up(on foot w my dog in tow!) in one hour! Kevin, Janine, Laurie and Maureen in the Greenville branch were awesome!! they are a pleasure to do business with and I highly recommend the great, friendly and efficient team!

Awful company. Employees don’t know the rules about cutoff times for different deposit methods. Likely because upper management keeps things unclear to help speed along fraudulent overdraft fees. This bank does not care about you, they only care about the bottom line. Customers aren’t people, they are numbers and fee amounts. Go check out another bank. You don’t want this one.
