Donations are accepted with great thanks. They do great follow up. A little hard to get in as they are very busy. A great choice for lower priced, quality pet care. Aftercare services are also available. Would love to see lots of donations toward up graded equipment, and training for staff so they can continue up to date care . Clean place, with very helpful staff.

After years of coming here, I am very disappointed as of late. My dog sees a specialty vet for diabetes and gets lots of bloodwork and exams there. All the information is shared with Brackett W. From Brackett, we only need the usual vaccines and heartworm tests. However, despite my request today to have only bordatella and distemper taken care of, Brackett did an exam without telling me and insisted on charging me for it. This is a bait and switch, and smacks of profit-making over good veterinary medicine. I will be looking for another everyday vet.

I was a little hesitant to go to this new location as I have gone to the old location for 12 years. I brought my kitty Starbuck here and it was easy to find and in a quiet area. The staff was welcoming and the colors were calming. I loved the photos on the wall of pets, you can tell they are well loved by the staff. Great alternative to in town Portland. I grabbed parking alright but there aren't too many spots & their looks to be a doggie daycare next door. So be prepared to look around in this industrial spot.
