Vacation Saving Super Hero’s!!! I left a small but crucial piece of my CPAP machine at home. After one miserable night in my hotel keeping my whole family awake, I unsuccessfully tried another spot. They did however suggest Black Bear Medical. The ladies at Black Bear Medical were phenomenal and after a quick investigation, they were able to save the day!! These ladies deserve capes!!

I had a great experience with Black Bear Medical. Barbara was excellent in helping me select my first walker. She kept me updated on her conversations with my doctor. Facilitated the purchase. Gave me guidance on how to use the walker. She is professional, knowledgeable and caring. Highly recommend.

Where do I begin? Terry, Gabriel, Carmen, Barbara, and Shawn, have been AWESOME!!! Navigating the shark infested waters of Healthcare can be treacherous at times, especially when you are recovering from an illness. You can be directed in one direction (the wrong directions), get treated as $$ instead of a person in distress, or shut down because the person on the other end of the phone doesn't really care about your life sustaining needs. Then you call Black Bear and get people (not automated ignorance) that will go the extra mile because you're a "person in need" and that's what they're doing, helping people in need.
Like, making a delivery to someone that doesn't drive or have someone to pick up needed medical equipment. Or having an in home appointment for your bipap setup on Wednesday but you're in the hospital. So Shawn comes to the hospital to fix and setup my bipap on Thursday because you're a patient in need and all of the people I have dealt with at Black Bear have done that for me. I appreciate them all and I won't go anywhere else if they provide the services I need. They're my first (and usually) last phone call. Thank you Black Bear!! I hope everyone appreciates you as much as I do!!

It may be what I need but it's like pushing a vacuum cleaner a little too heavy for me don't know if there's another machine just for daytime cause like I said quite heavy

Needed comode certain size also needed a left arm platform. We had gone to medcore .then went to black bear We got these two items and saved 150 $ if would have bought then at medcore ... look arnd folks...big savings
