Charged me for a core, despite us bringing the core in exchange, and then wasn't able to refund without the original credit card used for the online purchase being presented. Unbelievable! This was my last purchase there.

Called for a MC Battery, got a" yes.. we have that in stock". Drove 1hr. from Limerick Maine to find out they don't stock it....then get blank stares and each one in there saying, "Not Me, No not Me!" Well not me either.... Never Again!

Came in because my phone wasn’t charging. Guy behind the counter fiddled with it for less than 5 minutes and said it was working again. Got home and it wasn’t working. Went back the next day and they changed the charging port out. I picked it up and they called 5 minutes later saying they forgot to put my SIM card back in. So I had to go back and get it.

Kurt is an employee here and he is amazing. He has repaired curious phones screens of mine 5 times and has been extremely nice, knowledgeable and professional. He is quick. I have only ever gone here and have no reason to explore other options for other needs

My husband called yesterday morning to inquire about getting a new key fob for our car since ours has never worked properly. They located the item and told us the best time to come in so the right person would be there to program the fob. We went in that afternoon and saw the same man my husband spoke to on the phone. He had the keyfob all ready at the front counter and we brought him out to the car so he could program the fob. This whole process took 5 minutes from start to finish AND they were cheaper then what we were quoted by a locksmith in the area. The fob works flawlessly and we couldn't be happier. We will absolutely be back as we need a spare key made soon as well. Thank you for working so efficiently and professionally!

Dude charged me 11$ for a 3$ battery with a “ free” swap. He put the battery in backwards and couldn’t get the fob back together which I had to do myself. If you are unable to change a fob battery yourself I’d probably go to a locksmith first. And if you can do it go to Home Depot and get 2 batteries for 5$ lol
