    BarSculpt is a fun and unique workout! The Portland location has a fantastic tribe and educated and friendly instructors - not to mention this is the birthplace of BarSculpt- you just cannot get any better than that!

    Pilates Reformer is the best core -strength exercise ever. I have achieved strength, flexibility and better posture. Gone are my back pains caused by long car commutes. BarSculpt instructors are the most professional and kindest coaches you could find. Thank you!
