I just bought a home through BSB Saco and couldn't have asked for better support. Mike McDonald (my loan officer) stayed in touch throughout the process and made himself available for questions, etc. during off-hours, as well. If you're buying a home anywhere in Maine, turn to this guy. He's straightforward, super helpful and never lets you feel like you're going through the mortgage gauntlet on your own.

Very nice and helpful! Opened an account online and had to go to an actual location to verify some things and they were very patient and understanding with everything. Was able to get my account opened and verified easily! Every person there was so polite.

What a dissapointment of customer service. I love the financial institution and have been a customer for many years. Unfortunately their tellers and managers just can't cut it at the Westbrook location. All other locations go above and beyond.
