This pertains to Geico giving a 3rd party permission to debit my account for a policy I canceled over a year ago because of Geicos unprofessional practices. I tried to see what they would charge me for getting a policy to add my dad who just dieds truck as I was checking a few insurance companies, when Geico gave me a bit of a lower quote I decided to give it a try one more time. Geico then gave a collection agency the permission to debit my account ( as I was told by their customer service) without my permission. Taking what little money was left after paying for cremation and dad's service. I had just enough to get insurance and by groceries for the next few weeks and they gave a 3rd party the permission to take all the money I had to insure it and feed my family....... I do not recommend Geico or the practices they conduct!

It was difficult to get ahold of someone at first, but once I did, I was very pleased. Garbon helped me with a quote very quickly, made some suggestions that he thought would help me but wasn't pushy, and we finalized everything very quickly. I hope the service will be just as quick if and when I ever need it.

I love GEICO they are pretty amazing over at the Bangor location. Their customer service is off the charts. Would highly recommend you switching, I saved a lot through GEICO. They have pretty great bundles and more.

Don’t go with GEICO, they will add people to your account just because you live together and charge you for it without your permission. They put my daughter on my Girlfriends account after we had been living together for 3 years and my daughter hd been covered under my Nationwide account since she got her license 2 years ago. Do not trust GEICO!!!

I called to get quotes from them because I thought their cheaper, but came to know that it's double expensive then what I have so I would not recommend this to anyone and go with Travelers.

I swapped insurance companies and recently signed up for an auto policy through this branch. I have been in the hospitality business my whole life, and I must say Robyn was PHENOMENAL! Excellent customer service. Ask for her if you call this branch. She was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Furthermore, she worked hard to save me a great deal of money versus over 10 other insurance companies. Thank you Robyn!!

I was recently in an accident with one of their insured people. Prior to bringing my vehicle to the collision center I asked the representative for Geico if they will be covering the difference in labor rates.With a brief explanation we were told, yes.Since then i've brought my vehicle to the collision center and have signed paperwork to have it repaired.Now that i've signed paperwork & the collision center has my vehicle I'm now being by a Geico representative that I will have to pay the difference's in labor rates.This is completely unacceptable, I have in an email saying that they will work out the rates. Now that my vehicle is under repair it appears I will have no choice but to pay the difference in order to get my vehicle back.So much for being transparent, thanks Geico.
