  Had a great experience and rented from them for almost three years. I broke my lease and they worked with me through the whole process . They gave security deposit back and even gave money back for over paid rent and let me know I paid a month early for rent one month and only owed a small amount.   Sean, Barbra and the lovely Ms.k. Honest this is an emotional post. They really are genuinely good people, yes they have rules it’s a business, and it sets people off. I’ve never met the real owner. I’m assuming he’s definitely the same person. Idk, just very fortunate, to have an apartment with them.

  Maddie and Katie are friendly, helpful and up front about the apartments available at Apartment Mart. They even helped connect me to another unit that had not yet reached the market, but was better suited to my needs. Plus, Maddie and Katie are exceptional at what they do, treating everyone with respect!
