whoever runs this gym is making an absolute KILLING. fees come out each month like clockwork, no staff to be seen, no cleaning, no equipment replacement or update, and barebones set up. the ceiling leaks and the showers are moldy. also to whoever runs this place, someone puked in the sink last week and it’s still clogged…i’d let yall know but yall never there.bottom line it gets the job done but it’s the worst and smallest gym i’ve ever been to, while also not being the cheapest.

Loved it initially but had to cancel my trainings after moving (at the end of my contract). Everything was fine for 6 months and they started charging me $100 every other week again for 4 trainings. Once I noticed I tried to reach out and I’ve been completely dodged. The managers inbox is full so I can’t even leave more messages. Don’t give them your money. Plus they don’t pay their trainers enough to keep a good one for longer than a few months, I’ve lost so many great trainers because they don’t value them enough.

Not satisfied, these people are very lazy and they ask too much money for nothing. And their system is false, you cannot stop your membership as long as you can, difficult to get it.??

Signed up online without knowing the contract that nobody told me about that I have to pay for a year no cancellation. Also they charge me twice a week instead of monthly. gym is also very small and has Barry any equipment. No changing rooms/lockers.

This place really is a scam.I was misled about the cost and part of that is on me for not triple checking the tablet this guy was using to get me signed up. He was kind of a fast talker and honestly he made me anxious and I just was rushing because of that... so I'm paying 2* what I thought I was. 58 dollars a month for a dark dirty gym... I remember the man said it's 24$ bimonthly and I dumbly asked, "wait 24 dollars every other month?" To which he replied, "yes!" (I know it means 2ce a month, not sure if he didn't hear what I asked or if he pretended not to .) I remember going home and telling my husband how inexpensive the membership was and that is not what I'd have said if I was properly informed. Also, I've been calling regularly for months leaving messages with my number and who I was and that I was having finance trouble and I needed to talk to someone..No one answered or called me back.. stopping in to the gym (during the hours they're supposed to be there)... no one's ever there.Today I finally got ahold of someone and they made me go in to cancel .. but I couldn't. I'm apparently locked in for another 3 months .. no option to fully cancel and just pay a cancel fee.. Didn't realize this high pressure gym membership was more like going to a shady car dealership... The new manager informed me that he has been getting a LOT of feedback that the other managers were bad at communicating. I think this seems intentional and I'm wondering if they get commission when they sign people up...

It’s really really hard to get hold of someone I have been calling emailing and went to the office left voicemail and still haven’t heard anything back from them they have really poor customer service once you get the gym membership they won’t answer your calls and questions

An absolute dumpster fire of a gym. I have been trying to cancel my membership for 3.5 weeks. I have visited the gym twice a day nearly everyday and there has NEVER been anyone there working. I have called and left two voice mails, both unanswered. I have emailed and received no response. I have called the corporate number (or whatever) twice and they have reached out both times on my behalf with no response. I've been billed once during this process and am set to be billed again. At this point, the gym is stealing my money and have had to contact my bank to put a stop on payments (which cost me $30).One star only because it won't let me give it zero stars.

Wish you could give negative stars - DO NOT get a membership here! Managers are never available, the gym is unkept, and they willfully go against the stated gym agreement when you try and cancel. Total scam!

Love it love the equipment and the freedom to go at any time but. For the money of the month monthly membership, they really should have tanning options a booth, a bed and a spray tan option for that price they took out the tanning booth and they should have tanning booth and a tanning bed and then it would be a five star gym for sure

This place is never busy it has a place next door been empty for a long time if they expanded would get a lot more people to join

Very dissatisfied. This place sells gym memberships like a car dealership. Landon the manager seems very nice, but is a great unscrupulous salesman.At the beginning I was so excited about going to the gym. But, soon got too busy to attend. I tried canceling my membership as I can no longer afford it. To no avail, they don't care. They care about profits only.I don't know what to do. But I would like to warn people about the evils of this gym. Watch out.
