I drove to Maine because I wanted to get as close as I could to France. Maine sheltered me. I am usually untrusting to people I don’t know. However, Maine taught me how to trust. A group of 3 with people banned together to help this little blasian Irish girl get home to her town. Seeing what I saw… Experiencing what I had experienced… I thank God that I have you on my side. The whole experience wasn’t ideal… But it ended up being worth while.

Old fashioned store that I always look forward to stopping at when going home from up North. They have a public restroom which is always great when traveling but this trip the lady at the cash register was unfriendly and more interested in her cell phone. She didn't even look up to greet me at her counter until she was finished with her phone. This is unusual for this store from my previous experiences. I wished her a good day and she said nothing in response and went right back to her phone.

Great little stop for just about everything you might need for camping or road tripping. Lovely breakfast sandwiches and other quick bites.
