Had an easy and pleasant experience. Got some useful info too, if you don't shovel or plough enough the mail man will skip you due to safety reasons * my road is 2 lane and the cars go super fast. Makes sense to me.

Avoid at all costs!
Travel to a different post office for any mail needs if possible. Trust me. I wish I could change the town where my mail gets sent.
If I could give 0 stars you bet your booty I would.
This place (the employees) are extremely rude and unhelpful.
I have had issues now for years. They shove packages in my mailbox, ruining some items. They have left em stacked on top on my mailbox, the items have fallen directly next to the road. They do pull in the driveway but when they do they leave packages in the middle on the ground no matter what season it is. They have even come as close as a few feet away from my front porch, which has an open door, easy access to set items there. In the winter we try and keep the mailbox, side of the road, our driveway and doorway all clear especially if we know we have a delivery expected. This doesn't seem to make a difference they claim they can't get up in our driveway. (It has a slight incline but is larger, we keep it clean and we even put sand down) Sue even got stuck down by a mailbox and when my son went down to check to see what was going on she snapped at him, then my boyfriend went down to see if he could assist her and she snapped at him. Super rude and they were just trying to help but she was stuck on ice on the road and claimed it was our fault. The following weeks we didn't get our mail or there were more and more issues.. almost as if she was just really mad that she got stuck and was avoiding stopping at all. we literally watched her drive by and not even stop and we had mail supposed to be delivered that day. Luckily I haven't seen her for a while but the rest of them don't seem to do much better. I don't know if it's just bad training or lack of moral ethic, people just not wanting to actually do a job and taking no pride in it and honestly it makes the other postal workers look bad because they aren't all like this.
Terrible service here.

If I could give -5 I would. Just watched them pull up to our house and put a “sorry we missed you” slip without pulling in the driveway and knocking on the front door.

I was wondering why the reviews were so bad for this place until I realized all the negative reviews are from someone who retired! I had a wonderful experience with two separate employees here and they were extremely helpful even when I had to come back the same day because I made a mistake.

Whenever we order something the packages are always shoved into the mailbox whether they fit or not. I ordered an expensive tiara for a formal event and it was quite fragile. It was delivered, shoved into the mailbox, and bent.

Package will be out for delivery, they won’t deliver it, take it back, and then never deliver it. They don’t scan in packages, even if they insist they do. I have multiple orders that I’ve received that say they are in a different state still because they don’t keep track of anything or scan anything in. It’s basically theft. Just for context, they have “lost” 12 of the past 20 packages I have ordered. I do have some of them, they would know that if they did their jobs and scanned them in.
Edit/Update: AVOID. They have now lost packages I have sent out to customers I’ve sold items too causing me to refund the customer and be out the item I sold. Incompetence at its finest. None of these people should have a job.

They constantly claim that they are unable to deliver an item due to various reasons. Most recently, they stated that my driveway was inaccessible, even though we had cleared it the day before. They always promise to try again, but it has taken several weeks for the item to be redelivered in the past, forcing us to go to the post office to pick it up. I am unsure if they need more staff or what should be done, but I have never experienced such inconsistency with mail delivery until moving to Poland.

Avoid at all costs. They don’t answer their phone, or it’s busy for literally hours on end, the phone message does not identify who they are (if you are blessed enough that you do get a phone message), and I caught them lying and giving false or misleading info..

They don't deliver mail on Saturdays so my suggestion is to go through UPS or FedEx if you really need a package in a timely fashion. It does no good to complain on Google reviews because they don't ever address the issues. All you can do is warn each other
