Called the day before to see if they could load us early. Said they could. We get here and it took 5 hours just to get loaded. Causing us to be late for next load. Lying shipping clerk

Good place to load, visibility clothing required. appt 11:30pm, we arrive at 9:30, speak on the intercom and they assign you a door.
Wait for the green light, 11:20pm done.
The lady at the Shipping office will not help you with self checkout, a little rude but efficient. have your phone near when checking out, you will get a code on your phone that you need to enter on the tablet in order to get the BOL.
In and out less than 2 hours, it helps a lot when loading is so late. Shipping office in the middle of the doors, you’ll no see a sign. Clean restrooms

Very good appointment was 8 pm but got me load early I got here 10:30 get out from 1 pm has clean bathroom in it

Coming from the South. I took 95 North to exit 75. At light turn Right onto 202 South. After truck stop turn Right onto Kitty hawk. At stop sign turn Left onto Hotel Rd. In approx 3 miles turn Right onto Poland Springs Dr. Bring straps/load bars.

Hello fellow drivers, I was early one hr for my appointment but they gave me a dock to back up loading time was very quick just one hour I was out of there and the shipping and receiving office is in the middle of building but I didn’t see any signs for it from far away good luck guys stay safe

They are very strict on YouTube redesigns and follow the directions so go less than 15 an hour or you might get reported and also read the signs you have to stop in the bottom of the entrance and open the door before you park.
