Went there going for a new car, ended up buying used. No time to research we just trusted the dealership on the year and model. Come to find out we paid 5k over the Fair value rate on an under 21,000 dollar vehicle. The check engine light came on within the second week. They would not let me return it. They explained its normal for the part to fail in 20deg. Temps. Drove for a week with a broken vehicle till the basic chevy part arrived. On top, I have been there before for an inspection sticker and they failed us (on car we traded in for less then trade in). They said the break pads on the front were at 10%, and they could fix them on the spot for $425. Waited 10 minutes to research and said screw it, get it done (new to town). Then service said they could not squeeze me in. I went to the mechanic up the street and for 225 they fixed my breaks and got me a sticker in 4hrs. The professional mechanic let me know my breaks should of passed inspection and were over 30% on the pads. One more previous run in with this dealership is that they claim and come up as a tire service, but could not get me 4 new tires for my vehicle. I Called away from my vehicle for 4 new tires on the exact model I have. They asked what size?...I said the model again and do not have the tires next to me to look. The service guy could not help me out. I do not recommend all around....Glad I got my tires ordered, and put on by the same local mechanic that can use his data base or Google to get the correct standard size tires for me.

When I bought my Tahoe they were so amazing to work with and I would highly recommend buying from here again!
I drove an hour to have them do my service as well, worth the drive.

Nathan has always been so amazing to work with. Working with him when we bought our very first factory ordered brand new truck was wonderful, great communication and always answered my calls. Since buying the truck he greets me every time I come in for an oil change. Today while waiting for an oil changed to be finished I developed terrible heartburn and he picked me up antacids when he ran to the store. I look forward to working with him and Varney in the future!

Service department helped us out with getting tires mounting and balanced last minute so we didn't have to go all weekend without a vehicle. They've helped in the past with a dead battery as well. The sales manager is outstanding also. Highly recommend!
