Terrible customer service and never heard of a company who won't allow you to make extra payments before its due unless you pay a $5 fee which is ridiculous. Would not recommend them to anyone.

I highly recommend K.O. storage in Pittsfield. Steve, the manager is the most understanding, accommodating, and professional person I have had the privilege of dealing with. And I have been a renter since 2016. Thanks Steve!

I met the new facility manager Steve and had a great talk with him. So far I am very happy with the new company taking over the storage units. Steve was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was willing to help with what we needed. Helped me get my online account setup. Looking forward to chatting with him more. He was telling me about what he wants to do/fix at the facility. Previous owners were good, but didn't seem to do the upkeep as much. Seems like KO Storage wants to move this facility in the right direction. They are planning on improving the roads inside the facility. Can't wait to see what they have planned. Again, thank you Steve for helping my daughter and myself out the other day.

If you want your stuff ruined by mice and moldy store it here. I don't normally leave a bad review but after having most of my son's baby clothes ruined because of this place it's unacceptable. In the winter the doors aren't tight enough and snow blows in at least a foot in the units. I swept out the unit before putting anything inside all the wood and stuff on the floor was from the mice having a field day with everything
