Tried to make an appointment with them and they told me they don't have openings in the afternoon for a while and instead of offering to schedule an appointment for "a while" they said they'd call if they had a cancellation? Still haven't heard back but they also didn't take my contact info?. Wouldn't bother if they don't know you clearly they don't have time. Mind you I was asking for a pricy hair job so it wasn't as if my business was a waste of time.

Came here with a group of bridesmaids for mani/pedis and absolutely loved everything about it! Located right in the center of Pittsfield, plenty of parking and for the quality of work the prices are completely reasonable and well worth it! Jillian did an such an amazing job on my nails and I'm very particular about how I like mine done. The space is light and very aesthetically pleasing and most importantly very clean and well kept. I would highly recommend to a friend and will def be making this my normal nail spot whenever I come back to visit.
