I walked in, said I received an email that my delivery had an issue. I then started to politely ask if it was here and I could pick it up instead and the attendant interrupted me and said "No you didn't. We don't send emails." I asked for clarification that she meant USPS as a whole or just this office and she said USPS doesn't send emails and it's a scam.She didn't ask my name to check for anything, didn't ask for a tracking number, and when I gave my street name she looked over her shoulder for not even half a second and said "we don't have it."I went to the Bath office afterwards and they said their driver went home sick, completely understandable, and that my package was out for delivery with another driver and TO EXPECT AN EMAIL WHEN IT ARRIVES.She clearly was either having a bad day or didn't want to do her job. She acted as if I had came in and threw a package at her.

New woman employee needs to be replaced/fired. Unfriendly and bad attitude issues. Seems to have a problem with having to do her job. Sad individual, good post office.
