“I have been critical in past reviews but today we had really good service and I feel I have to reassess my previous opinion. A package was late arriving because it was lost at UPS. Tracking information was very confusing. My husband took the half-dozen conflicting tracker messages into the post office and a very smart and patient clerk investigated, finding that it had just been delivered to the post office about half an hour earlier. Along with 100 other packages it was expected at our house tomorrow but apparently our inquiry spurred some hunting and the package arrived at our house about 2 hours later!”

“We have the very best Postal Delivery Gentleman…he is prompt with daily deliveries often bringing packages right to our door, on rainy days, mail is often placed in plastic to protect…he is personable and engaging in conversation always with a smile, we are very fortunate!”

“Lovely gentleman was helping everyone and training a new employee. Helped me get answers about a package after the Phippsburg office was rude.I meant to apologize at the time for talking through the plastic screen opening at the time but I have hearing issues and wasn't able to understand him at all through the film.
