NAPA Auto Parts - Richardson's in Patten is a small auto parts store that focuses more on auto repairs than parts sales. They do not have a large in-store inventory but can usually order needed parts. They provide good customer service and do pretty good repair work at fair prices. The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile to help customers. A temporary downside is that, as of late 2025, they are not performing state vehicle inspections due to staffing but hope to resume soon. They are, however, open for regular repairs and maintenance services. Customers should note the store closes earlier than some would prefer, so checking hours before visiting is advised. The business is appreciated for its helpfulness and kindness.
I was in dire need of a replacement battery for my vehicle. The folks at NAPA Auto Parts -Richardson's, especially Kain, were awesome! Needed parts that failed us out on the trail, called during a break and they were in the store next morning for us by 6 AM so we could make repairs and take our next day trip. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff (plus they gave our pups treats while we stopped in). Truly appreciated the help and kindness!
