All day long an important package was out for delivery at 630pm they couldn't access my mailbox? Seriously it's in the same spot it has always been without issue. My dad is a veteran gets time sensitive mail and insulin and this is not the 1st time they just didn't delivery it! NOT ACCEPTABLE!

My mail always gets returned to the sender, even when addressed correctly. I am always up to date on payment. It's getting out of hand, I can't even receive cards from friends or important documents...

Terrible customer service by the post master. The other staff is friendly and wonderful! All experiences are with the post master specifically. Mail was often overlooked and lied about when I called to check on it. I did not have a mail box at my home address for privacy and the post master would return my mail knowing that I had a post office box that I pay for. After we moved, we set up mail forwarding and she returned packages and mail without forwarding them. There are often lines of customers disgruntled. I've heard customers saying "that only happens in this office" often. I wanted to complain so many times but feared my mail would be abused further. She told my African American husband that asking for a piece of tape was like "going to a restaurant and asking for a free steak." There are so few businesses in this area that one person can really mess up your day and she did it successfully almost every time we went there. Get a box ANYWHERE else unless you have a lot of time and patience!
