Louise was very helpful! I needed last minute storage and not only was there an available unit, they had a special going on. Bonus! I had no issues for the two months that I rented. I would definitely recommend them!

I called to ask some questions about the units and was pleasantly surprised with the nice young lady I spoke to. I believe her name was Louise. She was very friendly and helpful.

A week or so ago, the door to the inside units that has a keypad lock on it was found to have cotton stuffed in the latch with tape over it so that anyone could open the door at any time. I received a voicemail from the staff at KFSS stating that they had done that due to an issue with the technology that they use for the lock. Now I'm trying to pay my bill online and I'm unable to. Despite a message stating "we accept all major credit cards," I enter my card number (for two different cards) and get an alert stating "I'm sorry we don't accept Visa." This facility has driven up the prices and down the quality. I was unable to get into my unit just before Christmas, where I had the majority of my children's gifts stored, due to the codes for the keypad lock having been changed without notifying me, due to yet another technical issue. Not to mention the "fenced in" area ends, leaving the majority of the facility open. This place is terrible!6/27/22 standing here now after punching the code in several times to enter the building to access my unit and the code isn't working! This is the second time this has happened since December 2021

It's good quality is that u have to use a keypad to get in. Units are priced reasonably. I just wish that an employee was around more.

Quick and easy, needed a unit in an emergency and they worked with me to get it done. Very nice friendly staff in a very secured location.

They start out by telling you that the last thing they want to do is sell your unit, that they work with you all they can before coming to that option but the first time your late they send you letters threatening you that if you don't pay on time they are going to be forced to sell your stuff. Then they raise your rates on you and to top it all off when winter comes you better buy a bag of salt do de-ice your units door cause that's not something they do, according to them and I quote "its the renters responsibility to take care of the ice around your door, that's not something we do". Really for $75 dollars a month they can't salt the doors so the renters can get in?? The absolute worst rental place I have ever rented from. They lie to you to get you in then do exactly what they tell you there not going to do and threaten you.. I warn you stay away from this place or you will end up regretting it. You have been warned
