Was so kind and friendly when I called to schedule my appointment, I wasimpressed. I was told I would receive a call morning-of with the 2hr window for service that day. Didn’t hear from them, so I called and left a message. Called throughout the day and finally got someone to answer at 3pm. “Says you canceled.” Well, I didn’t! Next available appointment was a week out. Made no attempts to remedy the situation just said the wrong name must’ve gotten crossed off. Was rude and short after having been so friendly and chatty a few days before. Refused to reschedule because I said I could buy a new appliance in that time. What an utter mess and huge disappointment. Guess I’ll stick to the big box stores after all. Unacceptable customer service.

Bob showed up on time was courteous and helpful and fixed the problem immediately, I won’t hesitate to call him again thank you Bob!

When our gas stove suddenly stopped working, we didn’t know where to turn. We really didn’t even know what was wrong to relay to anyone we might ask.However, after a quick Google search, we found and called Bob’s Appliance Repair, and we are very happy we did!Bob was always clear and concise in his communication about what he was diagnosing and repairing, as well as both professional and punctual during his visits to repair our stove completely.We are very happy with the work Bob did, and the results we received from paying for his services. We would 100% recommend him to family or friends in the future.I don’t take the time to write reviews very often, but when it comes to kitchen appliances, we all know that having one go down. can be a nightmare!! He came one day charge $150 and said he would order the part. And ordered the wrong part .and blame it on the water hose color even with him coming the first time to stop cold water from shutting off.he got the hot water part. Instead of being a man and making an offer or blame himself. He said fix it yourself.

I listened on the phone before I disconnected and ********************* laugh loudly as she hung the phone up. That was rude.Repair tech was unprofessional and unconventional in procedure. Promises were not kept.Misquoted fee.Over charged for labor. I Will not do business again and will tell all that will listen; about my experience with Bob's Appliance Service.

Called last week and spoke with someone who scheduled an appointment for a repair for a laundry washing machine in my home. She asked what type, I told her, she said they serviced it. A week later, on the day of my appointment, when she had said that I would get a phone call confirming the time, nobody calls. I stay home from my office today to receive them, and after nobody called, I called back and speak with someone who tells me that I wasn't on their schedule, that they don't service Bosch, and that based on my description it wouldn't be worth repairing, I should replace it. He didn't want to come out to see it.So they failed to keep an appointment and caused me to stay home today for no reason, wasting a week of time in which I could have been trying to get it replaced or repaired differently.

Thank you Bob for your quickness in being able to come out and look at my LG fridge. After many denials since many places won't look at or service LGs you where my savior. I appreciate the kindness and knowledge you brought. More than anything your honesty with saying that it was better to buy a new fridge then to go through with the repair. Seriously THANK YOU ?

Terrible terrible terrible customer service! I am disgusted by this company and it's lack of professionalism. DO NOT BOOK. I wasted two days of work and they didn't show up. The secretary is incredibly rude.

Wouldn't recommend. Was waiting for call to tell me what time he'd be here. When I called to schedule was told he'd call me which I thought was weird no other information was given as to how much just that he'd call me. I assumed when he called I'd ask for pricing. He just showed up , I said oh I didn't know you were coming, he said well I called. I wanted to know how much it would be first he said you didn't ask that on the phone first..well your wife wasn't very informative couldn't even tell me a time so I was just waiting to hear from you. He said well you owe me 125 now because I came out here. Again I said I was waiting to talk to you , know when you were coming , ask questionsUnderstand people should be paid for their time but how about telling people upfront the cost , what time you'll be there , asking what the issue is , what kind of appliance do you have etc ??The owner was abrasive and rude about itStanding in my driveway stating well you owe me money now. No sir I do not
