I had a problem with my phone and took it in to another location, but the problem came right back. Took it to Norway and in less than 10 minutes they figured out a fix. No issues after that. Great service and very friendly people.

Jordan Parker was rep this morning. The guy fixed my bill, got me out of a fee, got a discount applied, and somehow kept me from cancelling my service altogether. This is the second time he got me set up with Verizon, ask for him.
