Awesome service at the office but the drivers routinely can't make their deliveries and make up reasons like "no access for delivery" to avoid getting in trouble. Would be great if they had a, "We're running late, sorry" option instead of having to blatantly lie.

Your drivers need a GPS. I had a delivery end up a mile away. Not even remotely close to where it was suppose to be delivered. Worst part is, the house number wasn't the same and they still left it. One star for atleast getting the town right.

Lately on Oxford street the mail carrier is not bringing packages that don't fit in my mailbox even though they arrived and checked in at the same time as the rest of my order so I'm not receiving items when I should. Things are also being strapped to the outside of my mailbox.
