The sales department, I would highly recommend. Jeff has been great with my mother with her car purchases this past year. Tracy was very patient and informative throughout the whole process of me getting a car. I really appreciate all her help she gave me. She made it a very calm experience. She is so great and I would love to seek her out again if I am in need of another vehicle.

On August 20th, I had the unfortunate experience of almost being run off the road by a white pickup truck owned by Ripley and Fletcher Ford on I-95 North. This truck, hauling another pickup, nearly collided with me before aggressively cutting me off. As if that wasn't enough, the driver then decided to blast down the highway at 80-85 mph in a 60 mph zone, showing complete disregard for anyone's safety. The reckless driving was not just irresponsible—it was downright dangerous.

We have just purchased a Ford Explorer from Ripley and Fletcher and have nothing but praise for the whole team that made the transfer of plates from our old vehicle to the new vehicle . We purchased the car in Maine and had to transfer everything to Florida which was an absolute breeze because of the team players Billy, Mike and Tracie ! I would recommend that dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle!

My Salesman was Conner. We hit it off right away. He was down to earth and made sure that everything was taken care of. They Gave me the best trade in that i had been offered. I'm pretty sure there was interaction with most of the sales people. They wanted me to know that if I needed anything that I could go to any of them, not just the Sales person I was working with. They wanted me to feel like family and I did. Thank you

Sales, Service are hands down the best, I would have to assume the same for parts however have no personal experience with those departments. I had what I suggest is an old system of basic trust with customers. My used Tacoma is just one of many owned by customers. Mine happens to be in very fine shape and at a fair price. But, the real story is with the members of Ripley-Fletcher Ford. Honest almost to a fault. Sincere in what they are presenting to prospective customers and a staunch advocate of that they share a transaction with the customer. A great bunch of representatives that will listen to what you want and endeavor to deliver it at a fair price. In my instance, they did! Even the owner, Joe ( last name withheld for privacy) took time to "welcome me to their family"! So to Cam, Mike, Hank and Joe, thanks for an old time ( I'm 85) rendition of trust, sincerity and fairness. New cousin, Bruce Garwood.
