Asked for a quote on 4 tires ...2 different types never heard back... and was referred by the state..The state got my review too..
Not friendly in person nor on the phone...I don't recommend this shop at all...drive an hour for better and friendlier service...

I couldn't decide between 2 or 3 stars. My experience was very rough at first. The gentleman who I spoke to first acted like I kicked his dog when I asked to have my tires mounted and charged me $20 more per tire to mount than the quote I was given over the phone. At the end of the day, the tires are on my truck and they seem to have done an OK job. Will I go back? Probably but just because of lack of choices in the area.

Save yourself the trouble and take your car elsewhere. What a headache! I brought my car in for an oil leak. They said they changed the gasket cover, and a week later I'm broke down with NO OIL. They said there isn't much they can do besides make an appointment and take a look. Should have been fixed the first time. Money hungry**I went to Duval's in south Portland and they said my gasket is leaking. So they must have never fixed it. Unbelievable ?

Not the warmest welcoming phone call for scheduling my service but they’re diligent and skilled in the tire trades business. They got me on their schedule quite quickly! Nice family who owns this business.

Had an appointment for 11am for an alignment. Showed up at 10:30. Sat out in the parking lot with 4 children (with the AC on, because the waiting room was as hot as it was outside). 11am rolls around so we go in to be told that they will no longer be working on the vehicle. Customer service is VERY VERY POOR. Also witnessed lug nuts on a different vehicle get tightened INCORRECTLY. Everyone was standing around. HIGHLY RECOMMEND NEVER USING THESE GUYS FOR ANYTHING.

Just Had My 2.5 inch Lift installed on My Jeep Wrangler Unlimeted Sport at Jewell Tire in South Paris, Maine. Ed Was Very Helpful and as soon as the lift came in I took My jeep up to South Paris and it was installed within a day very Quick and Excellent Service. I was impressed. Ive had other lifts installed elseware which took way longer to get installed. The Lift was way worth the money. My Jeep Rides so much Better!! Its Great and smooth! I Love it and would definitely Reccomend Jewell tire to install your Lift!! Gary

Rip off 100% mark up on part wanted to charge me $50 to balance wheels and $40 to rotate wheels and they would already be off the vehicle for a brake job they will look for anyway to squeeze a penny out of you.

Had a lift kit put in my F150. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice. He introduced me to the tech that would be doing the job so i could actually meet him one on one and go over anything extra. The tech did an outstanding job. The job was completed in reasonable time with no issues. Thank you!!
