Brought in a KX250F in for a water pump seal replacement and general inspection. Wanted to charge me $6000 for an unnecessary engine rebuild. The seal leaked as soon as I fired the bike up after my pregnant wife picked it up from the shop AND it was worse than when I had dropped it off. They also forgot to reinstall the washer behind the water pump impeller. Pump impeller ground itself into the case and almost destroyed itself. Charged me $600 for this hack job that I only brought there because I didn't have time to do it myself and my usual shop (Mainely Action) was too backed up for quick turn around. I ended up ordering all the parts on eBay and fixed their mistakes myself for $200. Owner was super rude when talking to me, it seemed as though he assumed I was a brainless customer with no understanding of this equipment or mechanical aptitude. I would avoid this place at all costs for any repair work you're having done. They are so awful, I did not even call them to try to have this resolved. Really poor communication, sales receipt had issues listed on it that they didn't disclose to me. I have personally worked in this industry for 10+ years and wanted a professional to take care of something so that I didn't need to worry about. I was paying for piece of mind and they did not deliver whatsoever.

Brought a Kawasaki in just to have the water pump seal replaced since we had a kid on the way and we're working full time and didn't have time to do it ourselves. Picked the bike up after TWO WEEKS and $$$SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS$$$ and when we got it home and started it up it was still leaking. Pulled the clutch cover off and the pump impeller and whoever did (or I suspect did not) open this clutch cover up and pulled the impeller off DID NOT PUT THE WASHER BACK ON THE PUMP SHAFT BETWEEN THE INNEE CLUTXH COVER AND IMPELLER. THE IMPELLER GROUND INTO THE INNER CLITCH COVER AND RUINED IT. The impeller was paper thin from rubbing on the inner clutch cover as well and I bet was pretty close to grenadine and sending the impeller fragments through the cooling system. For $200 off eBay got a new inner cover and another seal kit and shaft and impeller. Changed it all in the back yard in an hour or two and now it's not leaking. Jems sucks.

I had a great experience at JEM motorsports. Mike took the time to contacted Kawasaki warranty on my behalf . Once he had the go ahead, parts were ordered. I was kept up to date on the progress. Once the parts came in he set up the service appointment . His guys did a great job and he personally took the bike out to ensure it was performing well .2013 Kawasaki Concours TPMSsensors replaced F/R tires.Could not of been more pleased.Thank you again Mike and to your crew.ChuckConcours Owners Group

He destroyed my brand new bearings putting a tube in my slow leaking tire and charged me $200 way back in 2021 to do it. Way before any inflation hit. 200 bucks to remove the rear tire, put a tube in and put back on. You don't even need to remove the tire to put a tube in. Just deflate and insert tube then reinflate. 200 bucks was not really a problem but the bearings were destroyed. I just bought brand new bearings and was very careful installing with the bearings tool. I put over 100 miles on them and they worked smooth and nice. As I left there I was all wobbly and went right back. They looked at it a Mike accused me of lying that they were new bearings and told me I could drive it home. The brake rotor was destroyed too. He was rude about it and did nothing about it when I called him. My bike is still sitting on the stand as I had too many health problems to get to it still after 2 years. Mike sucks bro. Don't buy here and don't get serviced here. Fix your own bike or risk problems.

Absolutely amazing. It took me about two weeks to get everything lined up to purchase my Ninja 650KRT ABS and Mike was just absolutely amazing through it all. Always professional and patient, even when I showed up the day of my purchase and had my three boys in tow.Now i gave them less than 24 hours notice that I would have payment in hand and Cody put in the work to make sure the bike was ready by the time the last paper was signed. That just blows my mind and speaks volumes of their level of pride, commitment, and love of their job.Getting there is an hour drive away from my house but I'm 100% taking my bike there for all of its maintenance because I know that they will work on the bike like one of their loved ones was on it.

Read every positive review. JEM is for real. Drove up from Sanford to purchase a bike. Mike will even deliver it to me. Very nice family, pleasant and knowledgeable. Proud owner of a new Z900RS.

The owner is difficult to work with. He is really stiff and disrespectful. He looked unhappy and the presence of the room made me feel very uncomfortable. Even though there's not many Kawasaki shops around with this one that might be the only one ,I would never give them any of your money for their service or products you should go to Central Maine powersports they can take care of all your needs very accommodating! I also recommend Reynolds in Buxton. Have a great day people God bless!
