You truly can't do better for auto sales, service, body work, detailing in Maine. I mean it! We have a Dodge Ram and a Dodge Durango, and this is the only place we go if those vehicles need service, or if we've had an accident or need body work. I drive a Ford Expedition MAX because the Wagoneer wasn't an option back in 2020 when I needed a super huge SUV and I took it to them when I was in an accident because they are the BEST.I had an appointment today to get an estimate on having them paint a trailer and the man I met with took photos and talked with Bessey's experts and then called me to give me more affordable options for the work I need done, as they specialize in collision repair, and cars, trucks, SUVs, NOT trailers. Mind you, I called Goodwin Chevrolet in Oxford yesterday, and their response when I said I needed my trailer repainted was, "we wouldn't be interested in that project." Bessey's work force is kind and they treat you seriously and KINDLY if you have a project whether it "interests" them, or not. I bought a brand new Jeep Sahara Wrangler from them years ago that they had built for me and the entire transaction was awesome. It was easily my most favorite vehicle I've ever owned. I, unfortunately, needing a much bigger SUV.I couldn't recommend a car dealer more adamantly. Someone needs to give the young man who helped me today a raise. I wish I'd caught his name! George? Jacob? Body shop, back cubicle. Super good guy! Thank you Bessey! I'm an enormous fan!

Nice people but...I went in for a Diagnostics scan and even though it showed no codes they swapped out my ignition coils which we had already done between me making the appointment and me bringing it in for the appointment two weeks later and charged me $150 for 5 minute job that my mechanic had already done a week priorI still have no idea what is wrong with my vehicleAlso while I was sitting there waiting for my vehicle to be worked, they had someone come out and change out the rugs and he flopped them onto the floor creating dust right in my face as I was sitting right in front of their door. As I am allergic to dust pollen dander and all of that stuff it was quite uncomfortable

Dan, this one is for you. You were super helpful and friendly. Paid attention to my wants and needs to a tee. You were superb to my family throughout the entire experience, and for that I am grateful. You were very accommodating down to picking me up from work to bring me back to the dealership so I could drive my new Jeep Wrangler home. My family and I will forever be grateful to you and Bessey Motors for being such a pleasure to deal with. You have my vote 100% along with everyone I know, you're the first recommendation that will come out of my lips.

I was in for a regular service; oil chg, tire rotation, filter chg;At this visit, I asked for extra assistance...... I needed to have the collision center do an estimate and I noted that my transmission seemed to be acting up.All issues were addressed on a busy morning with excellent customer service ?.I appreciate the extra time, effort, and patience.This is why I am still a customer for over 22 years.

Walked into service dept today to ask a question regarding the transmission on my Ram 2500. Within minutes I was on a road test with the shop foreman. I explained what I was experiencing, and the foreman listened and offered his 2 cents. We drove back to the dealership, and went inside. 5 minutes later my truck was on a lift and was being checked out for possible problems. Transmission fluid checked, transfer case fluid checked, reset some parameters and completed a quick relearn on transmission as well. I qasbin and out withinn30 minutes. I didn't expect much but an answer to my question. However, they treated me like a regular customer, even though I had never been there before, they took care of me. Then, 2 hours later, Miles from the service dept called me to check in and ask how the truck was running. Wow! Great customer service and follow-up? This doesn't happen very often, but, thank you Bessey Motors for treating me right and taking care of my truck today. I'll be back for sure.

The team at Bessey Motors was friendly, helpful, and courteous without being pushy or in-your-face. I had a perfect experience buying my Honda Pilot from them. I had been looking for a vehicle for awhile and not every dealership was pleasant to work with. The guys at Bessey were welcoming made a big stressful decision easy to navigate. Excellent overall experience! Salesman Dan was very helpful and easy going. He made it a really easy process from the time I inquired about a specific vehicle until I drove it home. The car was washed with a full tank of gas when I went to pick it up. Highly recommend this dealership!!!!

I spent $200.00 @ a different garage that couldn't fix it, but they recommended Bessey motors and I'm so glad they did. It turned out to be an electrical grounding problem they found during a computer diagnostics. That not only fixed my radio (I hadn't even thought about that) and my AC, (didn't expect that either) but also my lights. They also fixed my gas line and cap, did a multipoint check up, free of charge, and inspection sticker. It took about 90 minutes. I waited. They honored my AAA discount too! All for $265.00.Bonus was the clean and comfortable wi-fi waiting room stocked with multiple hot and cold drinks and multiple snacks. Such kind staff at Bessey Motors! Very helpful as well. Loved the waiting room and was so thankful they had snacks and drinks and a TV set up so my daughter was comfortable too! So thankful to have found a trustworthy place like Bessey Motors!

My husband and I purchased a new Ram 2500 from Dan - we found the experience great - there was no pressure and they were very accommodating. They don’t make you haggle for hours they get right down to where you are at and make the deal work. Everyone was very nice to work with and truly professional. Dan is a nice guy and my husband loves his new truck!

A clip broke on my visor and so I took it in to be fixed. Will at the counter took the time to make sure it could be replaced. He let me know as soon as the part was in. I went in and was there only about 15 minutes when it was all taken care of. I truly appreciate the consideration and helpfulness of everyone involved!

I purchased my Jeep from Bessey’s a couple of years ago and I recently brought it in for service. I was really happy with both experiences.I received an ETA for the service call when I scheduled the appointment and it was right on. The problem was diagnosed and fixed right on site. I definitely recommend Bessey’s.
