I live 100 yards off the main road and they won’t even bother to drop my package off at my door instead they leave a slip so I can drive 45 minutes round-trip out of my way to come pick it up after work. Only to get there to find that they are not open when they are supposed to be USPS is an utter waste of tax dollars!

Outstanding people that do outstanding work! I have been a challenge to these folks over the past 23 years or so with multiple mail forwarding orders and they have bent over backwards to accommodate me and my business. Top of the Notch worked class service and personnel. I highly recommend this post office.

For some reason they just don’t deliver mail anymore they just say ‘sorry couldn’t deliver’ or even better ‘mailbox full’ no other mail carrier has an issue. Any excuse to not to their job. I’m away for work, package can’t be delivered, my disabled mother drove down to get said package was told it was out for delivery, again never received package, another email saying package can’t be delivered, so she drove down again and they gave her a hard time about picking up mail from the same address she lives at, just not her name.

False tracking info being entered by someone at this P.O. I did NOT request my item to be held at the P.O. as was posted to the tracking by someone at this P.O. I am a retired mail carrier and this is totally unacceptable. False excuses being entered to tracking system for non-delivery of packages!

First started with the mailbox not being close enough to the road. Then my grandmothers mailbox wasn’t close enough to the road. Then my grandmothers mailbox didn’t shut quite right. Then the wind blew just a little too hard. There was a little mist in the air so we couldn’t deliver. The stars weren’t aligned quite right…. sorry no package for you. The dog passed gas next to the mailbox… safety hazard.. no package. Air was a little chilly rolling down the window… no package. In all seriousness, there are good mail personnel and bad. We have a rotten one to be frank. Every excuse under the book to not deliver, and will lie about it. Road not accessible even though the driveways plowed, no access, etc…. Lies, lies, and more lies. I guess we shouldn’t be surprised unfortunately… this is the federal government we are talking about here. It’s an embarrassment. Again, the private sector(DHL, UPS, and FedEX) seems to have no issue delivering our packages in a timely manor and ALWAYS without a hitch. Federal employees — untouchable — enough said. Clean house. Fire. Hire those willing to work and looking for an opportunity.

Where is Elon when you need him for this post office. Rude counter people and deliveries are always late. The 2 drivers though are nice.

The ladies that work there are very nice but whoever the person is that decided to hold my mail because of a “snow hold” is the biggest clown and should be fired. I shoveled a 6 ft by 4ft section of snow around my mailbox. It’s so bad that my neighbors down the street had to build large extensions on their mailboxes that almost protrude into the actual street. Do better stop making excuses and do your job.

I have never had so many problems with a local post office in my life. They only deliver your packages if they feel like it. Extremely unprofessional federal employees with zero accountability.

Not the first time that we keep having mistakes in our mailbox or worst, with our delivery. I went to pick up my missed package last time but they said they don’t have my package at the office and it might’ve been redelivered. So I drove all the way back home again and there was nothing. The system don’t even have local phone number to call in to check for a package. It’s the most inconvenient mailing system I have ever used in my life.
