I wont say all your stores suck but the turner store needs new management NOW. The rudest most disrespectful employees! I said I'd never shop PFU after the manager disrespected my wife because she didnt know the type chicken feed and explained the bag to him, I NEEDED food today so I went in and low and behold still the same bs. They have a sign 'we will shop for you' tell them what you need get a attitude, customer comes in and says 'I dropped off 3 screens this fall and haven't heard back?' yeah I'm under staffed and haven't had time'. how the hell do you tell a customer yes 6 months ago then say you haven't had time 6 months later for a 15min job, seriously! Sorry PFU but you lost a few customers, if your going to charge far more than tractor supply then you need to at minimum provide honest respectful service

Love the team at the South Paris PFU! Today I called ahead, paid over the phone and received all my stuff curbside. They have the best dog food, treats, chicken food and grain. Great prices too. Everyone is so nice there. Other feed stores are closer but I will go the extra mile to do business here. Keep up the good work!

Staff is knowledgeable and experienced w/the use of the products they sell. Stores show community support through local charity fundraising. They are the only Pet food retailer that I have ever known to verify the expiration date on a product

Dear PFU, Recently residents of Middlebury VT were horrified to find you selling Confederate flag belt buckles in your Middlebury store. When questioned, the salesperson removed the items from the shelf immediately. But a day or two later, they were back on the shelf.
